Front-End Fab Category Manager

Shape the Future of Semiconductor Manufacturing at ADI

Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking an experienced Front-End Fab Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies for the critical equipment, services, and supplier partnerships that enable our global wafer fabrication operations. Supporting ADI fabs across Oregon, Washington, Massachusetts, and Ireland, this role sits at the intersection of semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain strategy.

This is a highly visible opportunity for a sourcing professional who understands front-end semiconductor manufacturing and has direct experience working with wafer fab equipment, major OEM suppliers, and the technical stakeholders responsible for maintaining world-class manufacturing performance.

The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of semiconductor front-end tools and supplier markets, along with a proven ability to develop category strategies, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and build long-term supplier partnerships that improve availability, cost competitiveness, and operational resilience.

About the Role

As the Front-End Fab Category Manager, you will own sourcing strategies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, related services, aftermarket support, spare parts, and supplier partnerships that directly impact ADI's factory performance and future capacity plans.

You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, facilities, operations, and global procurement teams while serving as the primary commercial leader for key fab equipment categories and supplier relationships.

This role requires a combination of strategic sourcing expertise, semiconductor manufacturing knowledge, and supplier management experience to ensure ADI maintains competitive advantage through its equipment and service supply base.
