Own your route. Build a career. Get paid what you're worth.

Certus Home Services is one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the country with 36 branches across 10 states, and we're hiring Pest Control Technicians ready to build something real. Steady income, a route they're proud of, and a clear path to more. No experience necessary. We'll train you, get you licensed, and pay you while we do it.

Why Technicians Choose Us:

• Real Pay, Real Upside: $18–$23/hour base (based on experience and licensing), plus monthly performance bonuses and commissions on every lead you generate — uncapped.
• A Route That's Yours: You'll run your own book of residential and commercial stops. The customers who trust you, the schedule you master, and the reputation you build on that route — that's yours to own.
• A Truck and Tools Day One: Take-home company vehicle, fuel card, uniforms, and all equipment provided — no waiting.
• Paid Training, Real Licensing: No pest control background? We'll train and license you, paid, from day one.
• Benefits That Support You: Medical, dental, vision, Life Insurance, company paid disability, 401(k) with Employer Matching, and PTO.
• A Career, Not a Ceiling: A defined path from technician to senior technician, sales, or branch leadership.
• Stability in Any Economy: Pest control is a recession-resistant, year-round industry — and we're growing fast enough to prove it.

What You'll Do

• Run a daily service route across residential and commercial properties, building lasting relationships with the same customers over time
• Inspect properties, correctly identify pest issues, and apply safe, effective treatments
• Educate customers and deliver a service experience good enough that they ask for you by name
• Spot opportunities for additional services and earn real bonus dollars when they convert
• Keep your vehicle, equipment, and records in top shape — because a professional operation reflects on you
• Work safely and follow every compliance and product-use standard, every time

What Winning Looks Like on Your Route

Great technicians treat their route like their own business:

• 98%+ of scheduled stops completed, because your customers can count on you
• 90%+ customer satisfaction, because your name is on every visit
• Zero preventable safety incidents — a professional runs a safe operation
• Consistent monthly leads generated and converted — because you see opportunities others miss
• A track record strong enough to open the door to your next role, whenever you're ready

Who You'll Work For

You won't be out there alone. Every route is backed by a local branch team and a manager who knows your market and is invested in your growth — real coaching, regular feedback, and honest conversations about what it takes to move up.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors
• A mindset that treats your route like it's your own

Preferred: Pest control or route-based service experience; active pest control license.
