Senior Commercial Door & Hardware Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Sales Representative with established relationships in the commercial construction market.
If you have a proven track record selling commercial doors, frames, hardware, access control, or Division 8 products, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within an existing customer base.
- Build relationships with general contractors, facility managers, architects, and end users.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid packages.
- Review plans, specifications, and door schedules.
- Manage opportunities from lead generation through project award.
- Collaborate with estimating, project management, and installation teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial door, frame, hardware, or access control sales experience.
- Existing industry relationships and a proven record of generating sales.
- Knowledge of Division 8 products and commercial construction processes.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
