Comfort Advisor (HVAC Residential Outside Sales)

Comfort Advisor – Excellence in Every Customer Experience

AllTech Services, Inc. | Family-Owned. Locally Trusted. Committed to Excellence.

At AllTech Services, being a Comfort Advisor is about more than selling HVAC systems—it’s about helping homeowners make confident decisions about their comfort.

We’re a family-owned Northern Virginia company built on exceptional service, honest recommendations, and doing what’s right for the customer. We’re proudly independent, and we intend to stay that way: AllTech is not private equity-owned and will never be. We’re committed to competing on the strength of our people, service, and long-term investment in our community—not on short-term financial priorities.

We’re looking for an experienced Comfort Advisor who can combine HVAC knowledge, strong communication, and a customer-first approach to create solutions homeowners can trust.

What You’ll Do

As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their comfort needs, and design HVAC solutions that provide the right combination of comfort, efficiency, reliability, and value.

You’ll:

• Meet with homeowners to understand their comfort concerns, priorities, and budget

• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and recommend personalized solutions

• Clearly explain equipment options, efficiency levels, IAQ solutions, and financing

• Provide professional proposals and help customers make informed decisions

• Manage qualified leads provided through technicians, marketing, and other sources — no cold calling

• Follow up with customers and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through installation

• Work closely with our sales, service, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Represent AllTech with professionalism, integrity, and respect

Our values guide how we work and how we serve:

Why AllTech?
