About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell Technology is a global leader in data infrastructure semiconductor solutions, powering the systems that move, process, store, and secure the world’s data. From custom silicon and advanced networking to optical connectivity, storage, compute, and AI infrastructure, Marvell’s technology sits at the center of the next generation of cloud, carrier, enterprise, automotive, and industrial systems.

This is a defining moment for the semiconductor industry. AI and accelerated computing are reshaping data center architecture from the ground up, requiring new approaches to scale-in, scale-up, scale-out, and scale-across infrastructure. Marvell is helping solve those challenges with high-performance, energy-efficient silicon and connectivity platforms that enable the world’s most advanced digital infrastructure.

As Marvell continues to grow globally, we are building the physical security capabilities required to protect our people, workplaces, innovation, operations, customers, and reputation at enterprise scale. We are seeking a Head of Global Physical Security to create, mature, and lead a world-class global physical security program for one of the most important technology companies in the semiconductor ecosystem.

What You Can Expect

You will lead Marvell’s global physical security function, including an operating model that currently includes approximately 50 team members, with a significant portion of the team delivered through contractor and vendor partnerships. This is a high-impact leadership role that will partner closely with Workplace, Facilities, Real Estate, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, HR, Executive Leadership, Corporate Communications, Travel, EHS, and regional business leaders.

You will be the global enterprise owner for physical security strategy, governance, standards, incident response, executive advisory, vendor performance, security technology, and operational excellence. You will also have the opportunity to build stronger connectivity between physical security, cyber response, business continuity, travel risk, and crisis management through the development of a modern, intelligence-led security operating model.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, enterprise-minded leader who can move comfortably from executive briefings to site-level risk reviews, from policy creation to incident response, and from strategic planning to real-time operational execution.

As Head of Global Physical Security, you will define and lead Marvell’s global strategy for protecting employees, visitors, customers, vendors, facilities, intellectual property, critical business operations, and executive leadership.

You will build a risk-based, globally consistent physical security program that supports Marvell’s business strategy and reflects the complexity of a global semiconductor company operating across corporate offices, engineering sites, labs, customer-facing locations, and high-value technology environments.

Key responsibilities include:

Global Strategy, Governance, and Program Leadership

Protection of People, Workplaces, and Operations

Risk, Intelligence, Crisis Management, and Incident Response

Security Technology, GSOC, and Operational Excellence

Vendor, Contractor, Budget, and Team Leadership

Executive Advisory, Investigations, and External Partnerships

This is a rare opportunity to build and elevate a global physical security function at a technology company whose products are foundational to AI, cloud, networking, and next-generation data infrastructure.
