Job Description

As a key driver of FreeWheel's Build On strategy, this job spearheads how clients and partners build on our products, shaping extensible, future-proof solutions across streaming platforms. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and delivering comprehensive technical sales support, integrating strong business and functional insight while acting as a key contributor in a complex, mission-critical environment, with opportunities to lead teams and high-impact projects and to share specialized expertise.

Core Responsibilities

Architecting complex technical product solutions based on detailed analysis of customer requirements
Leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify business needs and translate them into comprehensive solution designs
Mentoring junior technical sales engineers while providing advanced troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations
Developing strategic product integration roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams and key enterprise customers
Orchestrating proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to validate proposed technical solutions for prospects
Analyzing customer technical environments to recommend optimal configurations for product delivery and platforms
Synthesizing complex technical requirements into clear solution proposals aligned with customer business objectives and technical constraints
Implementing advanced technical solutions while providing expertise on platforms and product delivery architectures
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation

New York Pay Range: $126,050.05 - $189,075.08

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
