Description

The Human Resources Site Manager serves as the primary onsite HR partner for employees and leaders at an assigned SendCutSend location. This role manages day-to-day site HR activities and partners closely with the HR Director and site leadership to develop and execute HR strategies, workforce planning, organizational initiatives, and retention efforts that support operational priorities and evolving business needs.

The HR Site Manager works collaboratively with Corporate HR on employee relations, compliance, leave and accommodation matters, workforce initiatives, and other HR programs requiring broader organizational coordination or support.
