Occupational Therapist

Company Description

At ARC Physical Therapy+, our mission is simple: be a catalyst of change in the marketplace.  Through excellence in care, ARC Physical Therapy+ is committed to helping patients recover quickly and get back to what they love to do.  With industry-leading physical, occupational, and hand therapy clinics in Kansas and Missouri - we are here to serve our communities and have been doing so for the past 20 years.

• Work alongside PT leaders who actually treat patients – our partner/owners are in the clinic with you, not in a corporate office. You’ll get real-time mentorship and support from experienced clinicians.
• Manageable caseloads that prioritize quality care – with just 9–10 visits per day, you’ll have the time to focus on patient outcomes, not rushing through appointments.
• Unlimited continuing education funding – pursue certifications, courses, and specialties without worrying about cost. We invest heavily in your clinical growth from day one.
• Structured mentorship through our IGNITE program – designed specifically for new grads, this program helps bridge the gap from school to confident, independent practice.
• Strong emphasis on clinical excellence over volume – our model is built on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care rather than maximizing numbers.
• Leadership development opportunities early in your career – if you’re interested in growth beyond treating, we actively develop future clinic leaders from within.
• Collaborative and fun clinic culture – regular team celebrations, cross-clinic events, and a supportive environment make work something you’ll actually enjoy.
• Generous 401(k) with 50% match – start building your financial future right away with a competitive retirement benefit.
