Digital Experience Product Leader

Working closely with Gap's senior leadership, you will build this experience from the ground up, bringing together product strategy, experience design, technology, content, customer insight, and external partners to create something truly distinctive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with senior leadership to transform a bold vision into a compelling digital experience, defining the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and path to impact.
• Move rapidly from ideas to prototypes, testing, learning, MVP development, and launch, creating momentum while reducing uncertainty.
• Design experiences that make Gap International's thinking, methodologies, and capabilities accessible on demand, while preserving the depth and power of their impact.
• Translate decades of proven intellectual property and practices into digital experiences that drive meaningful action, growth, and results for executives.
• Create experiences that executives return to repeatedly by deepening engagement, expanding capability, and delivering ongoing value over time.
• Lead across experience design, technology, content, customer engagement, data, and external partners to create one coherent and differentiated experience.
• Drive decisions and outcomes, establish priorities, make trade-offs, remove obstacles, and maintain focus on the choices that create the greatest value for users and the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in product leadership, digital experience, innovation, platform development, or a related field, with a track record of turning ambitious ideas into successful products and experiences.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, technology, design, psychology, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience leading 0-to-1 product development, including concept creation, prototyping, user research, testing, MVP development, launch, and ongoing evolution.
• Demonstrates ability to translate complex expertise, intellectual property, or content into engaging digital experiences that drive meaningful user outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners across product, design, technology, content, customer engagement, and business functions.
• Strong understanding of digital engagement, personalization, customer experience, platform strategy, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, product judgment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to create clarity, momentum, and alignment in highly ambiguous environments.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders to shape and evolve products that deliver measurable impact.

Gap International associates are based out of our corporate office in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
