We are currently seeking a Representative Payee to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. In this position, you’ll play a vital role in managing financial resources for the individuals we support — helping ensure stability, compliance, and peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

• Issue weekly and monthly allowance checks for individuals
  
• Process payments to vendors on behalf of individuals by due dates
  
• Maintain documentation for all consumer expenditures
  
• Issue Room & Board, Applied Income, and Foster Care payments to the company
  
• Track and collect Room & Board payments from payors
  
• Record deposits and monitor trust fund balances
  
• Reconcile receipts, checks, and credit card activity
  
• Coordinate with internal departments to support individuals’ financial needs
  
• Work with SSA and DHS to establish and maintain Medicaid and SSI benefits
  
• Support additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned
  

What You Bring

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  
• Typing speed of 40 WPM and ten-key by touch
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft email systems and office software
  
• Experience using office equipment such as copiers and scanners
  

Preferred

• Representative Payee or Accounts Payable experience
  
• One year of healthcare-related experience
  
• Experience with QuickBooks, banking systems, or financial software
