We’re looking for Full-Time Line Cooks to join our culinary team and help create great experiences across multiple venues, including the Buffet, Coasters, and PJ Clarke’s.

🍳 What You’ll Do

• Prepare, season, cook, finish, and garnish food according to established recipes and quality standards

• Follow food safety, recipe, sanitation, and portion-control procedures

• Assist with food preparation and production in various areas of the kitchen

• Keep your workstation and kitchen clean, organized, safe, and sanitary

• Work as part of a team to deliver great food and service in a high-energy environment

👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• 1+ year of restaurant or hotel cooking experience is a plus, but not required

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Dependable team player who takes pride in their work

• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen

New to the kitchen? No problem! We provide on-the-job training to help you build your skills and confidence.

💪 Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, and use of hands

• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

🔥 The Kitchen Environment

This is a fast-paced kitchen where things move quickly. You’ll work around heat, cooking equipment, coolers/freezers, and moderate to loud noise levels.

Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
