Beginning in June 2027, this immersive development program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in underwriting, business development, risk evaluation, and agency relationship management.

You'll collaborate with experienced professionals across multiple departments, build industry knowledge, and develop the technical and relationship-building skills needed to thrive in an underwriting career.

This program is more than a training opportunity. It's a launchpad for a long-term career. Participants who successfully complete the program will be prepared to move into a targeted underwriting position and continue growing within one of the nation's leading workers' compensation and commercial insurers.
