Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or a related field
- 8 years of progressive employee relations experience in a complex, multi-state organization, experience in a shared services model strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Demonstrated experience leading investigations and managing high-risk employee relations matters
- Experience partnering closely with Legal and senior leadership
- Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent a plus
Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, In-Office
