Support Coordinator-Sales

This is an onsite position based in our Springfield, IL branch, with an in-office schedule five days per week. Working alongside your team and business partners, you’ll be closely connected to the customers and advisors we support, allowing you to collaborate in real time, build relationships, and deliver responsive, high-quality service to the business. 

What You Will Be Doing 

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate information, identify trends or discrepancies, and develop thoughtful solutions. 

• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts, including life insurance products, financial solutions, carrier systems, and case design processes. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. 

• Experience or demonstrated capability in sales support, reporting, data analysis, or developing business and sales-related reports. 

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement. 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines. 

• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build productive relationships with advisors, business partners, and colleagues. 

• Sound judgment, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate or escalate. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to use data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to support analysis and business needs. 

This position is an in-office role that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer-focused service during our core hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). Office location is 4341 Acer Grove Road, Suite C300, Springfield, IL 62711 

The base salary range for this position is $58,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
