In this hands-on role, you will use your electro-mechanical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment while helping maximize device availability and performance. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment using electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service while helping minimize equipment downtime
- Use diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, and interpret electrical schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Manage assigned service calls and territory responsibilities while meeting established productivity, response time, quality, and cost expectations
- Maintain the equipment, parts, and inventory required to effectively support customers within your assigned territory
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience with the ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong customer service, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment while reliably meeting customer and service commitments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50 percent of the workday
- This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
