Production Planner. The Production Planner is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on long, medium and short-range maintenance division projects.

What you will be responsible for: 

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and AAR Airline Maintenance divisions, ensuring clear communication regarding aircraft maintenance status, requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate and support aircraft maintenance flow by assigning, monitoring, and updating project milestones throughout the maintenance cycle.
• Develop, implement, and maintain planning templates to standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Track and manage project progress for each aircraft visit, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive maintenance workload packages to ensure technicians have clear, accurate instructions and documentation.
• Forecast inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels, appropriate inventory mix, and overall program efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including maintenance, supply chain, and engineering – to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational objectives.
