What you will need to be successful in this role:
Required:
Education: Bachelor's of Arts Degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from a four year college or university OR eight years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Eight (8) years’ experience in warehouse management/logistics management.
Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities in the supervision of staff.
Strong organizational and work management skills.
This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
Experience establishing new warehousing or logistics operations facilities, preferred.
Fast paced environment, focusing on aircraft parts distribution, preferred.
