What you'll need to succeed:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with statistics and data analysis.
- Familiarity with structured problem solving methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exposure to automotive quality systems, SPC, or quality tools is a plus.
