Lead Systems Engineer - Up to 15K Sign-on Bonus

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related technical field) with 5 or more years related experience or master’s degree in engineering (or related technical field) with 3 or more years related experience or Ph.D. in Engineering (or related technical field) with up to 2 years’ related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team through the engineering lifecycle.
• Effective writing and presentation skills.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
• Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Experience with DOORS, MagicDraw, JIRA, and EMatrix is preferred.
• Experience in a DoD environment and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) are preferred.
• Experience in unmanned system design and development.

• Control Account Management Experience in a DoD environment is preferred.
