Overview

Build relationships. See the progress. Be part of the journey.

Looking for a nursing role where you can build real connections with patients and be part of their day-to-day progress?

Chestnut Health Systems is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Residential Services team in Bloomington, Illinois.

Residential nursing gives you the opportunity to know the people you're caring for. Rather than seeing a patient for only a brief encounter, you'll be part of their care from admission through discharge, providing hands-on nursing, medication management, health education, assessment, and ongoing support.

You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team of medical, behavioral health, and support professionals who communicate and collaborate to provide integrated, whole-person care.

If you enjoy building relationships with patients, seeing their progress over time, and being part of a team that supports both patients and one another, this could be a great fit.
