A Different Kind of PT Role

At Team Rehab, we’ve built something simple but rare: a place where therapists feel supported, trusted, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We are a therapist owned outpatient group across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia, and since 2001 we’ve stayed focused on one thing: creating an environment where clinicians can do their best work and actually love their job.

What makes us different?

• Ownership and equity opportunities for everyone
• Transparent compensation and expectations
• Bonuses that actually pay out no fine print
• Real life benefits including fertility support, paid adoption and bonding leave, and domestic partner coverage

What It Feels Like to Work Here

Our team says it better than we can:

“The amount of support you receive from the trainers and leadership is unmatched.” “I don’t feel micromanaged like I have in many other roles.” “This is the healthiest work environment I’ve been in as a PT.” “We work as a team that supports one another to succeed.” “They are genuine and care about their employees.”
