Intown Smile Studio is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia!
We are seeking a new Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator Schedule:
Tuesday - Thursday 6:30AM - 4:00PM
Friday 6:30AM -3:00PM

Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
- Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
- Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
- Presenting treatment plans
- Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must Have a minimum of 2 years working front desk of dental practice, with basic knowledge of Insurance, Managing PMS Schedules, Appointment Confirmations, Dental Terminology, Etc.
- Experience with Fee For Service dental practices/Out of Network Dental Insurance
- Experience Managing Patient Leads with High Conversion Rate
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Familiar with Managing Electronic Communications and Multiple Phone Lines
- Excellent communication style both written and verbal and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Reliable and collaborative team member
- Goal Oriented-Team Player who takes Initiative and is Solution Driven
- Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
