Location:   3911 Mary Eliza Trace NW Suite 100 Marietta, Georgia 30064 

Office Hours:  Monday-Wednesday 7:30am -3:30pm, Thursday 8:00 am-4:00 pm, and strong patient demand has created the opportunity to expand clinical hours with an additional Friday half-day, providing increased production and earning potential

Natural Smiles Dentistry is seeking a growth-minded General Dentist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and interested in expanding their clinical scope based on their experience, interests, and comfort level. Opportunities exist to provide advanced treatment including implants, molar endodontics, surgical extractions, cosmetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation, many of which are currently referred out.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a productive PPO practice with dedicated hygiene support, advanced digital technology, and a strong reputation in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and present treatment plans that prioritize patient health and long-term outcomes
• Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
• Collaborate with hygienists and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Build lasting patient relationships through education and trust
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Utilize digital technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia dental license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, comprehensive care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment planning abilities
• Desire to grow clinically and professionally
• Implant, endodontic, oral surgery, cosmetic, or comprehensive treatment planning experience is preferred but not required
• Experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
