Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Execution of project scope to a defined budget and schedule; manages and documents change orders, seeking customer approval prior to changes.

• Ensures customer satisfaction with the agreed-upon deliverables.

• Is accountable for office and site safety for the project team.

• Recommends and selects the project team.

• Manages mobilization to plan.

• Assures all team members have the appropriate tools and equipment.

• Mentors Project Engineers and junior team members.

• Identifies and provides any specialized knowledge and training for the project team.

• Evaluates team member performance.

• Identifies opportunities to grow existing project scopes and expand service offerings.

• Proactively seeks and develops new business opportunities within existing and adjacent markets. 

• Support the development of high-quality client proposals and bid documentation.

• Actively contributes to the PMO through process improvement, knowledge sharing, and governance support.

• Travel as required for various field programs.
