- Master's degree in a STEM or healthcare-related field.
- A minimum of 0-6 months of experience in the following:
- Experience in project management, research analysis, study design or equivalent field of study required
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a statistics package such as JMP, SPSS, R, or SAS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in clinical departments preferred
