- PhD in Neuroscience, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Physics, or related quantitative disciplines.
- Experience in both experimental execution and analytical pipelines.
All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong expertise in data analysis (e.g., Python, MATLAB; signal processing, time-series analysis, or machine learning)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with in vivo 2P calcium imaging (imaging acquisition, troubleshooting)
- Proven ability to independently design, execute, and analyze experiments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with network-level analysis, graph theory, or AI/ML approaches
- Familiarity with rodent models (e.g., stroke, TBI) and behavioral assays
- Experience integrating multimodal datasets
