Litigation Paralegal

Overview

The Seattle, WA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking paralegals with litigation experience. Paralegal opportunities are available in different practice groups, including General Liability, Product Liability and Labor and Employment. The primary duties of these positions include working for a minimum of (4) attorneys, calendaring, document management including but not limited to review, creation, and organization. In addition, compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation are essential functions of this role.

Responsibilities

Job Specifications/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements. 
• At least five (5) years of litigation work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Strong Excel skills required
• Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
• This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
