Overview

At Catholic Housing Services, property management is about more than managing buildings. It is about creating communities where residents feel respected, supported, and secure.

We believe everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home. Catholic Housing Services develops, owns, and manages affordable housing programs for low-income families and individuals across Western Washington, including housing for people who have experienced homelessness, low-income seniors, farmworker families, and individuals with physical, mental health, or other supportive service needs.

We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one or more affordable housing communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, solving problems, supporting residents, and keeping property operations running smoothly.

The Property Manager oversees daily property operations, supervises onsite property management staff, coordinates with maintenance and supportive services teams, and helps ensure residents have a safe, positive, and healthy living environment. This position plays a key leadership role in keeping residents housed, maintaining compliance with housing requirements, managing budgets and financial processes, and supporting the overall success of the property.

This position offers a compensation range of $29.15 – $31.48 per hour (DOE)

Full‑time, 40‑hour position include a competitive benefits package:
