Lola Rose Grand Mezze is now recruiting for an Assistant General Manager to join the hotel’s Food & Beverage leadership team. Tucked above the buzz of Downtown, on the second floor of Thompson Palm Springs Resort, Lola Rose Grand Mezze is more than just a restaurant—it’s a journey. This highly visible role will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager – Lola Rose Grand Mezze. 

The Assistant General Manager will support the following food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt which will include:

• Lola Rose Grand Mezze- three meal restaurant & lounge
• In-Room Dining- Offering breakfast, lunch & dinner
• Responsible for the short- and long-term planning of the restaurant
• Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
• Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
• Full understanding of Colleague engagement
• Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
• Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
• Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity

This is an exempt (salaried) role. The budgeted salary range for this position is $77,000 – $98,000. This is the pay range for this position that Thompson Palm Springs Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience and education.
