Lansweeper is growing — and this is a newly created role built to match that growth. As Digital Sales Manager, you will lead and scale Lansweeper's global Digital Sales motion, owning retention and organic revenue expansion across 10,000+ active customers spanning SMB, mid-market, and Enterprise segments.

You will manage a team of five Digital Sales Representatives across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM, sitting at the intersection of Net Revenue Retention (NRR), SaaS expansion revenue, and digital transformation. Your dual mission is clear: deliver predictable NRR and expansion revenue today, while transforming a largely manual digital sales motion into an AI-assisted, programmatic, scalable revenue engine for tomorrow.

Challenge

The main challenges you'll face are:

• Scaling a high-volume digital sales motion across 10,000+ accounts while maintaining and improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

• Leading the transition from manual retention workflows to AI-driven, automated digital sales processes — without losing commercial momentum in the short term

• Building forecasting discipline and revenue predictability across a globally distributed team spanning multiple time zones and cultures

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Digital Sales team of 5 FTEs across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM — setting clear targets, accountability structures, and performance cadences

• Own NRR and expansion revenue targets— driving growth through additional asset coverage, usage expansion, plan upgrades, and price optimisation across 10,000+ accounts

• Coach consistently and deliberately — pipeline reviews, call coaching, deal strategy, performance management, and career development for your team

• Design and execute the shift toward a programmatic, AI-assisted digital sales motion, working in close partnership with RevOps, Product, and Customer Success

• Own forecasting for the digital segment — delivering accurate, data-driven revenue forecasts and actionable performance insights to senior leadership

Key Requirements

Hard Skills

• Proven experience in Digital Sales, Inside Sales, or SaaS Account Management leadership within a B2B SaaS environment

• Strong track record leading a high-volume, tech-touch, digital-first sales motion — whether building from scratch or stepping into an existing team

• Demonstrated experience owning Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion revenue, and revenue forecasting

• Strong process-mapping and operational optimization capability — you know how to identify inefficiencies and systematically fix them

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to align on pipeline health, product gaps, and customer outcomes

• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled sales workflows, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives — including offshore or distributed team models

Soft Skills

• Exceptional coaching and people development skills — you grow individuals and teams, not just manage them

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into structured execution across a complex, multi-region environment

• High ownership mindset — you drive change with confidence across time zones, cultures, and competing priorities

AI Fluency

Lansweeper is an AI-native company. In this role, AI fluency is core to the mission. You will actively lead the transition from manual retention workflows to AI-assisted, programmatic digital sales motions. This means hands-on familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools and automation platforms, and the ability to evaluate, implement, and embed these into day-to-day team operations across 10,000+ accounts.

You don't need to build the technology — but you do need to understand it well enough to drive adoption, coach your team through the shift, and identify where AI can unlock scale, efficiency, and revenue impact across the digital segment.

Team Info

You'll join Lansweeper's global Sales organization, working closely with Digital Sales Representatives, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Team size: 5 direct reports (Digital Sales Representatives), based across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM.

This role is based in Belgium (Merelbeke) or the United States (Austin).
