Costco Lead Generator

Pay: $20/Hr. + Commission and Benefits!

Location: Partnered retail locations across Denver and surrounding townsSchedule: Part Time only positions available and requires Saturdays!

About the Role:

Plumbline Services and Costco work in partnership to provide Costco customers with options for residential Heating and Cooling – Replacement, Tune up and Indoor Air Quality Services – as well as Water Purification – R/O Systems, Softeners and Refiners. 

You may will visit a different location each shift engaging heavily with customers through open & friendly dialogue about the products & services Plumbline Services offers. The goal is to schedule customers for in-home sales appointments, later performed by our sales experts. You will be required to set up and tear down each Roadshow - the bigger kiosks are housed at each location, while the Roadshow Lead Generator will be responsible for traveling with smaller items to each location (reliable transportation is a must).

This opportunity will require you to work on-site in a Costco retail warehouse in the following locations:

• Arvada

• NE Denver

• Sheridan

• Aurora

• SW Denver

• Douglas County

• Parker

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with our partners
• Maintain and utilize the Kiosk / Display within the retail stores to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC or Water Purification products and services
• Initiate communication with prospective customers, greeting & engaging in informative / investigate conversation & schedule a sales appointment
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC & Water Purification programs for customers and store employees
• Achieve specified position KPIs and goals
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

• Must be a self-starter with a result driven disposition
• Active listener able to ask open-ended discovery questions to potential customers
• Intuitive ability to measure interest of customers
• Must be detail oriented with good time management skills
• Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment commitment from potential customers
• Ability to stand for 4-8 hours at a time
• Ability to use a smartphone & iPad utilizing apps, email and text
• Must pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
