Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of simultaneous complex and diverse projects. Assists in developing timelines and ensures adherence to deadlines. Manages financial aspects of projects and other administrative duties. Handles external correspondence and drafts reports and other communications.
 

• Conducts administrative tasks, leads meetings, and drafts communications. Specifically triaging the institute director's inbox.

• Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of assigned simultaneous, large, diverse, and complex projects. Coordinates with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Assists in developing a timeline and ensures adherence to all deadlines. Anticipates potential
problems and adjusts project deliverables as needed.

• Drafts and manages the project budget, ensures timely submission of vendor payment requests, manages expense reimbursements, and purchasing.

• Tracks project progress and maintains accurate records and files; provides detailed reports to
senior management.

• Assists with selection, negotiation, and management of activities regarding external consults or
vendors.
