- Must be a student enrolled at Lakeland Community College or Kent State University-Ashtabula
- UH employees must be in good standing and current on all education requirements
- Must obtain admission to and maintain successful enrollment in the Lakeland Community College or Kent State University-Ashtabula Registered Nurse program and completed programs foundation/fundamental clinical rotation prior to start
- Must work a minimum of 24 hours per 6-week schedule period
- Prior direct patient care experience preferred but not required
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- BLS certification must be obtained during UH orientation
