We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building customer relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required.
- Honda or Acura experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturday's
- Interpersonal Communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Compensation: The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $80'000 - $150,000/ a year.
