Group 1 Lexus Southwest Houston is growing and looking to add Automotive Technicians of all skill levels—from entry-level to experienced and master-certified—to our team! *Candidates without hands-on automotive experience must be currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive technician training program to be considered
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
- Prior automotive experience or completion of a technical training program required (dealership experience preferred)
- Lexus/Toyota experience with ASE certification a plus!
- A positive & friendly attitude
- Tools based on your experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- High Hchool Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license
