Position Overview

The Labor Management Systems Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing success of Labor Management System (LMS) technology across our fulfillment operations. This role serves as the bridge between technology, data, and operations—ensuring our labor management tools and processes provide accurate, actionable insights that support productivity, workforce planning, and operational excellence.

For the first 12-24 months, the position will lead LMS deployments and enhancements from planning and configuration through testing, implementation, training, and adoption. Working closely with Operations, Industrial Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and external partners, this role will help establish and maintain engineered labor standards, analyze productivity and labor data, and identify opportunities to improve processes and workforce utilization.

Success in this role requires a combination of project management, analytical thinking, operational knowledge, and strong change-management skills. The ideal candidate can take complex technical information and translate it into practical solutions that operations leaders and front-line teams can understand and use. This individual will also serve as a key partner to LMS vendors and external engineering consultants, ensuring system capabilities align with business needs.

Ultimately, this role will help build a more data-driven, efficient, and sustainable approach to labor management across our fulfillment network while supporting our teams through the adoption of new technology, processes, and performance expectations.
