Grow Relationships That Connect Patients to Care

As a Healthcare Sales Representative, you will develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, community organizations, and referral partners throughout the Greensboro market. Your efforts will help increase awareness of our services, grow referral partnerships, and connect more patients with high-quality physical therapy care.

This role supports our Greensboro, High Point, and Northwest Greensboro clinics and works closely with clinic leadership, marketing teams, and sales leadership to drive market growth. You will report to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with physicians, medical practices, community organizations, and other referral partners
• Support existing accounts while identifying opportunities to increase referrals and patient visits
• Develop local referral strategies based on market activity, referral patterns, and clinic priorities
• Identify and pursue new business within current accounts and through prospecting
• Create target account lists and account development plans
• Use our CRM to document daily activity, manage follow-up, and monitor referral trends
• Partner with clinic and regional leaders to develop effective messaging for referral partners
• Coordinate with the direct-to-consumer marketing team to create aligned outreach programs
• Support clinics or referral relationships that are not meeting growth targets through focused outreach, training, and local marketing activity
• Plan and coordinate educational programs, community events, and other activities that highlight our clinics and capabilities
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with the Vice President of Sales and Business Development and biweekly meetings with related team members
• Share local market insights and recommend practical actions that support sustainable growth

*This is not a remote position.

License & Experience

What You’ll Bring

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of healthcare sales, provider relations, account management, or business development experience
• Experience building relationships with physicians, medical practices, or other healthcare referral sources
• A demonstrated ability to maintain existing accounts while developing new business
• Experience implementing a sales, outreach, or territory development plan
• Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation, physical therapy, or a related healthcare field is helpful but not required

Skills and qualifications

• Confidence communicating with healthcare professionals, business leaders, and community partners
• The ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships over time
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication
• Comfort using data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
• Experience with CRM or sales-management platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
• A high level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally among assigned markets
