About the roleFSG is looking for a dependable, organized person to support our warehouse and office operations. This entry-level position is a chance to learn how a national electrical contractor runs day to day. For the right person, it can lead to more responsibility and long-term growth within the company.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Receive, check in, stage, and organize material and equipment for jobs
• Keep inventory accurate and the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Pull and prepare material for crews and service techs
• Support the office with data entry, filing, purchase orders, and paperwork
• Answer phones and route calls, requests, and customer questions
• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and vendors on deliveries and pickups

What we're looking for

• • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers (email, Excel, basic software)
  • Good communication skills, on the phone and in person
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
  • Reliable, a self-starter, and eager to learn
  • Valid driver's license (forklift experience is a plus)
