Role Purpose

The Construction Laborer is a foundational member of Miranda Construction’s field team. • Competitive Compensation Package: Hourly pay, overtime eligibility, health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays (available for full-time employees).
• Career Growth: We promote from within. Laborers who demonstrate reliability and skill have a clear path to foreman, superintendent, and beyond.
