At Ouster, we build sensors and tools for engineers, roboticists, and researchers, so they can make the world safer and more efficient. We've transformed LIDAR from an analog device with thousands of components to an elegant digital device powered by one chip-scale laser array and one CMOS sensor. The result is a full range of high-resolution LIDAR sensors that deliver superior imaging at a dramatically lower price. Our advanced sensor hardware and vision algorithms are used in autonomous cars, drones and many other applications. If you’re motivated by solving big problems, we’re hiring key roles across the company and need your help!

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the broader team of Sales and Marketing Vice Presidents.

In this critical role, you will serve as an operational force multiplier across our entire commercial organization. 3. Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics (flights, hotels, transport) for domestic and international sales trips and trade shows. Manage expense approvals, receipt collection compliance (via RAMP), and credit card program setups.
  4. Vendor & Procurement Logistics: Assist with agency onboarding, Statement of Work (SOW) tracking, and invoice processing for key marketing and sales partners.
