Inside Sales (Family Service Advisor)

Diocese of Oakland Catholic Cemeteries
Queen of Heaven Cemetery & Funeral Center
1965 Reliez Valley Rd, Lafayette, CA 94549

Do you want your sales skills to serve something bigger than a quota?
Tired of dog-eat-dog sales floors, tricks, and manufactured urgency?
Ready for work that is more than a job, and more like a calling?

In the Family Service Advisor role you will…

• Live your faith, not just clock in. Join an organization built on Catholic values, where you're seen as a missionary disciple — someone placed at the threshold where human grief meets divine mercy.
• Guide families, don't just sell to them. Through consultative, relationship-driven conversations, you'll walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options — accompaniment first, arrangement second.
• Own your success. You're never doing it alone. Work autonomously and build your own path forward, backed by a team that forms and sustains you along the way.
• Find no two days the same, because no two family experiences are the same. From arrangement meetings to committals to parish outreach, you'll be present across the full arc of a family's journey, in a dynamic, fast-paced role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary of $50,000
• Uncapped Commission
• Monthly bonus opportunities
• Additional benefits designed to support you and your family's health, security, and future
  • Medical Coverage – Choose from Blue Shield of California (PPO/EPO) or Kaiser Permanente (EPO) plans
  • Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Retirement Plans
  • Life Insurance
  • Short-and Long-Term Disability Coverage
