Seasonal Summer Full Time Swim Instructor

At Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, Chicago's #1 spot for sport, fitness, and fun, we're proud of our vibrant community and supportive culture where we keep improving and always celebrate each other. We offer competitive pay, 401(k), PTO, childcare, a free membership, discounts on services, and more!

As a Full Time Seasonal Summer Swim Instructor, you'll help members of all ages and skill levels build confidence, safety, and joy in the water — teaching with patience, positivity, and enthusiasm. You'll create a fun and supportive learning environment, bringing out the best in every swimmer while representing the energy, connection, and excitement that make Lakeshore special.

This is a full time seasonal role running through the summer — perfect for someone who loves the water, thrives in an energetic environment, and wants to make a real impact in their community this season.
