• Flexibility with Support – Producers based near our Pennsylvania office work in person while also serving clients nationally. For producers located outside the region, we support a fully remote structure with a dedicated travel budget to engage with clients and prospects. In either case, you’ll have the tools, service team, and autonomy to succeed.

• Responsible for generating prospects, providing insurance solutions, and supporting the client.
• Create and maintain prospect lists of potential clients through warm and cold calling.
• Identify clients’ insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings.
• Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers.
• Maintain concern for timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel.
• Work within a team structure to help provide clients with continued support even after sales cycle is completed.
• Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by the supervisor.

• 5+ years of production success in P&C insurance.
• Demonstrated expertise and reputation in a specific niche market (current Sovereign specialties or others).
• A strong record of new business growth and client retention.
• Desire to take ownership of building a practice and reputation within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a commitment to collaboration and client service.
• Has a proven production track record with established client relationships.
• Brings recognized expertise in a niche market and the credibility to be seen as a subject matter expert.
• Wants to be a practice leader, not just a salesperson.
