We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist to help strengthen L2T's brand presence and support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and sales enablement through compelling content.
In this role, you'll develop and execute B2B content marketing strategies, create engaging multimedia content, support marketing and sales initiatives, and collaborate across teams to communicate the value of L2T's products and services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, digital marketing, and driving measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Create compelling content across email marketing campaigns, digital properties, social media, sales enablement materials, customer communications, and industry events.
- Ensure all content aligns with L2T's brand voice, style, and messaging standards.
- Develop product messaging that clearly communicates the value of L2T's solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Research automotive and digital marketing trends and transform insights into educational and engaging content.
- Manage and execute company communications across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and press release channels.
- Collaborate with creative services, product, sales, and leadership teams to develop impactful campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
- Support sales teams by creating content and messaging that helps communicate product value and drive customer conversations.
- Maintain database quality and accuracy within Salesforce and Pardot through ongoing data management and cleansing.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality, organization, and attention to detail.
Required
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, public relations, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience creating content that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Canva, or similar marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, SEO, social media, and reputation management.
- Experience partnering closely with creative or design teams.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, technology, or agency environments.
- Communication: Writes and presents clearly, adapts messaging for different audiences, and serves as a confident storyteller.
- Customer Focus: Creates purposeful content and solutions that support customer needs, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Accountability: Demonstrates ownership, dependability, organization, and attention to detail while maintaining high standards of execution.

Compensation: The salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience and location of where the job is performed.
