Sales Executive, Quantitative Trading Solutions (QTS)

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, selling execution algos, algo frameworks and algo services to both buy side and sell side clients in the AMER region.  
• Own the full life cycle of a sale - Actively building and managing a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, lead generation and qualification, forecasting, GTM strategy and planning. Always focusing on moving the opportunity forward.  
• Advanced presentation skills that effectively communicate tailored solutions and value to C- suite audiences.  
• Commercial acumen with the ability to ask the business directly, command the room and manage high-stakes C-suite tension and communication.  
• Participating in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition and proposal, understanding different levers to pull to create a proposal that aligns with the customers needs, budget and competitors pricing. 
• Strong negotiation skills with a mastery of value based selling techniques to effectively navigate objections and displace incumbent systems 
• Proven closer with a documented track record of consistently closing high value, multi year agreements.  
• Manage complex solution sales, working with product specialists to ensure that TT’s product suite is able to cover the prospect’s use case and requirements. Suggesting solutions/workarounds to meet these requirements. 
• Working closely with other regional sales teams, contributing to global opportunities 
• Building and maintaining GTM plans for top-tier prospects. 
• Hitting/exceeding annual and quarterly sales quotas. 
• Working with product teams to understand the roadmap and any new product initiatives, and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns. 
• Gather meaningful product feedback from the client base and identify industry trends to help push our products forward. 
• Strong negotiation skills with a mastery of value based selling techniques to effectively navigate objections and displace incumbent systems. 
• Travel is required 25 – 40%, depending on the time of year. 
• A highly methodical approach to managing multiple complex enterprise deals simultaneously  
• Meticulous data hygiene as it relates to pipeline, customer insights and deal metrics in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum 10 years experience in new business algorithmic execution sales is required with experience in negotiating Transactional, Enterprise and Multiyear deals. 
• Exposure to the Equities, Futures, Fixed Income and FX markets. 
• Good understanding of trading applications and the wider ecosystem (e.g. Execution, TCA, compliance, post-trade) . 
• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of sales experience required. 

• Strong abilities in the following business applications: Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack 
• The ability to articulate the value of execution algos to the end user
