Order Fulfillment Agent

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Handle outgoing orders, both retail and wholesale, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Pick items from the vault according to order specifications.
• Review labels to ensure compliance with METRC and Ohio state law.
• Maintain accurate records of order fulfillment and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support management with inventory records and reports.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and security protocols are upheld.
• Assist with quarterly and third-party audits when applicable.
• Keep a clean and well-organized fulfillment area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year (preferably 2 years) practical experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment with operational benchmarks.
• High school degree or GED is required; some college preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands, including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.
• Involves working near plant material, which may include exposure to pollen and/or 
• Requires extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, and performing repetitive hand movements.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist height.
