Job summary

The teacher assistant will support the teacher in helping the children to acquire basic skills. The teacher assistant will pay particular attention to each child's individual needs. 

Duties                           

• Assist the teacher in completing daily's duty tasks
• Collaborate with the teacher in setting a meaningful learning environment 
• Guide the children in activities so they can achieve proficiency in their own development 
• Participate in the implementation of the french curriculum                                                                      

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

• High school diploma
• French fluency, conversational english 
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in a preschool is preferred
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Hands-on approach

Salary range from $19 to $22 per hour depending on experience
