Inside Sales Representative

Arulean Air LLC is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, understanding prospect needs and profiles, and handing off high-quality opportunities to the appropriate regional VP Sales. The ideal candidate combines SDR discipline and high-volume outreach skills with the professionalism required to engage affluent individuals and corporate decision-makers in the fractional aviation ownership market.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification & Outreach

• Conduct timely initial outreach to all inbound leads within 48 hours via phone, email, and online channels
• Execute outbound prospecting activities (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach) to develop new business opportunities
• Qualify leads using established frameworks (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess fit and readiness
• Maintain a consistent daily activity volume (calls, emails, follow-ups) in line with targets set by Head of Sales

2. Lead Handoff & CRM Management

• Hand off qualified leads to the appropriate VP Sales (SoCal, Bay Area, or Desert Southwest) with complete and actionable information
• Record all client interactions, prospect profiles, temperature scores, flight needs, and qualification details in CRM with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure CRM data integrity by maintaining up-to-date lead stages, contact history, and activity logs
• Track post-handoff outcomes in CRM to refine qualification criteria and improve handoff quality over time

3. Prospect Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the professional first impression of Arulean Air for all prospective clients
• Communicate with high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers with sophistication, discretion, and courtesy
• Provide concise and accurate information about the program's two aircraft types, the HondaJet HA-420 (light jet) and the Bombardier Challenger 3500 (super-midsize), and about Arulean Air's value proposition
• Nurture early-stage prospects who are not yet ready for handoff through scheduled follow-ups and relationship building

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Head of Sales: Report activity volume, conversion rates, and handoff counts weekly; receive approval on outreach strategy, scripts, and qualification criteria
• Marketing Manager: Receive and act on leads from marketing campaigns in a timely manner; provide feedback on lead quality and temperature to inform campaign optimization
• VP Sales (SoCal / Bay Area / Desert Southwest): Execute clean handoffs with complete CRM documentation; review post-handoff feedback to continuously improve lead quality
• CSO: Escalate cross-territory strategic questions or major account inquiries through Head of Sales

5. Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to regularly update phone and email scripts
• Stay current on product knowledge for both aircraft types, the HondaJet HA-420 (light jet) and the Bombardier Challenger 3500 (super-midsize), and on Arulean Air's program offerings
• Strictly comply with company disclosure restrictions — never communicate undisclosed or inaccurate information to prospects
• Escalate any unclear or sensitive prospect questions to VP Sales or CSO immediately

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 2+ years of inside sales, SDR/BDR, or lead qualification experience
• Track record of meeting or exceeding activity-based KPIs (call volume, lead generation, qualified handoffs)
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with strong data discipline
• Experience in private aviation, fractional ownership programs, luxury goods/services, real estate, financial services, or other high-value client-facing environments preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Prospecting & Qualification: Proven ability to generate leads through outbound activity and qualify them using structured frameworks (BANT, etc.)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polished phone presence appropriate for engaging affluent and executive-level prospects
• CRM Proficiency: Strong organizational skills with meticulous CRM data entry and pipeline management habits
• Professionalism: Ability to represent a premium brand with discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail
• Resilience & Drive: Self-motivated with the discipline to maintain high daily activity volume and a positive attitude through rejection
• Coachability: Willingness to receive feedback, adapt scripts, and continuously improve outreach techniques
• Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate the appeal of the HondaJet HA-420 (light jet) and the Bombardier Challenger 3500 (super-midsize), and of Arulean Air's offerings

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered
