Wheelchair Lead Agent

We are looking for Lead Agent in the FT Lauderdale, FL Area with at least 1 year of relevant Customer Service experience to establish, and maintain effective communication and working relationship with co-workers and shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers. Pay rate: $19.65/HR

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License/ Identification Card
• Monitor activities of cabin services agents and ensures completion task.
• Leads and participates in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
• Responsible for the running and leadership of the shift in the absence of the supervisor.
• Responsible for cleaning seatback pockets, seat cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cabin cockpit, galley and lavatories.
• Make inspections when cabin cleaning is complete.
• Utilize dispatching system for flights operations. ( SmartTrack).
• Ensures necessary cleaning equipment and supplies is available in the supplies room for upcoming flights.
• Keep all operational documents always updated and available.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the apropiate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Must have strong Customer Service
• Must have at least 1 year of Experience
• Must have strong and clear Written/Verbal Communication
• Must be Flexible
• Must be able to pass a Company Drug Test

The physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.

Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements.
