We’re now hiring full-time Account Manager in the Orange County, California. Competitive pay starting at $20.45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of all reporting and contract(s) requirements
• Handle all escalated security issue(s) or emergencies, as appropriate
• Communicate staffing needs and assist with identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)
• Manage personnel transaction changes (I.e. new hire paperwork, status changes, personal data changes (etc.)
• Communicate policies, company announcements and job openings effectively within assigned region(s)
• Meet all contractual site scheduled hours with a minimum of un-billed overtime
• Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific OJT, client-specific training, and annual refresher training for security personnel, as well as meet organizational corporate training standards
• Develop / maintain operational procedures and site-specific post orders, to ensure full compliance and awareness
• Manage uniform, equipment, inventory control, maintenance checklists, supplies and vehicles utilization within assigned region
• System database management – WinTEAM, LMS system, and scheduling
• Experience in a Distribution Center
• Enforce company policies and procedures, taking appropriate action as applicable
• Other management responsibilities as determined by client, OPS Manager or regional leadership team

Qualifications

• Must have a valid California Guard Card
• Must have valid Driver's License
• 3 years of Management/Supervisory experience in a Distribution Center Environment
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• May be exposed to high levels of noise or variations in weather and temperature
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 19 years old or older
• 1 year of administrative experience and knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, PDF, and Outlook)
• Minimum 5 year of security supervisor experience
